Who Is Therapy For?
Therapy is for anyone who wants to feel more connected — to themselves, their relationships, their purpose, or their healing.
At Solace Wellness, we work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Many of our clients are high-functioning, sensitive, or introspective people who simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward.
Therapy might be a good fit for you if:
You’re navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or big life transitions
You’re holding onto past trauma, grief, or relational pain
You feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or "not like yourself"
You want to break cycles, set boundaries, or understand your patterns
You’re working on nervous system regulation or inner parts work
You just want a safe space to feel, reflect, and grow — without judgment
Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time, we’ll meet you with warmth, care, and curiosity. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need a starting point.

How long are sessions?
We offer 50 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute depending on your needs.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. We understand life happens — if it’s an emergency, please let your therapist know directly.
Rates
Our session fees vary by therapist and service type. Generally:
Individual sessions (50 mins): $140–$180
Couples or family sessions: $160–$200
EMDR or trauma-focused sessions may vary in length and rate.

Sliding Scale and Accessibility
We believe therapy should be financially accessible. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those with financial need. Please inquire directly with your therapist to discuss availability or explore lower-cost options that may fit your situation.
Direct Billings
We offer receipts for reimbursement through most extended health plans that cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs). Please check your coverage directly with your provider. We do not offer direct billing at this time but are happy to walk you through how to submit your receipts.
How Online Therapy Works
We offer secure virtual sessions through a privacy-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link before each session — just click and connect. Online therapy offers the same depth, connection, and support as in-person care, from the comfort of your home or office.
