KRISTINA HAYER
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
COACH & CLINICAL COUNSELLOR RCC
Kristina is a trauma-informed therapist and the founder of Solace Wellness, a space dedicated to deep, whole-person healing. She has been counselling since 2021 and running her own private practice ever since, supporting clients through some of the most challenging and transformative seasons of their lives. Her work is grounded in the belief that therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be seen — and supported enough to come home to yourself. Kristina is passionate about exploring generational trauma, inner child healing, somatic work, and EMDR, and she strongly believes that the relationship between client and therapist is the most important foundation for meaningful progress.
She works with all ages, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and brings experience in supporting a wide range of life challenges — from complex trauma, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation, to identity loss, burnout, and relationship struggles. Clients often come to her feeling “too much,” emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are anymore. Together, she helps them slow down, regulate the nervous system, and connect with the parts of themselves that carry old wounds, as well as the protectors that have helped them survive.
As Clinical Director, Kristina is deeply committed to building a strong, connected team at Solace Wellness. She believes each practitioner brings something unique and valuable, and she is intentional about fostering a culture of integrity, care, and collaborative growth — where both clients and clinicians can soften, expand, and return to themselves.
Outside of the therapy room, Kristina is a proud homebody who loves yoga, reading, exercising, grounding her body in nature, and creating resources for nervous system care. She’s passionate about unlearning hustle culture and choosing a life that feels slower, softer, and deeply connected — both for herself and the people she works with.
