Services
Individual Counselling (1:1 Therapy)
Personalized, one-on-one therapy to explore anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, burnout, identity, and more. We hold space for you to slow down, reflect, and move through what feels heavy — with nervous system care and deep emotional support woven throughout.
Couples Counselling
For partners seeking greater connection, communication, and clarity. We support couples navigating conflict, trust issues, intimacy challenges, parenting transitions, and long-term repair — with a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned approach.
Family Counselling
Families often hold both wounds and wisdom. Our family therapy sessions support clearer communication, boundary setting, emotional safety, and deeper understanding between members — especially when navigating conflict, mental health struggles, or intergenerational tension.
ICBC Counselling
We provide counselling support for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Emotional recovery is just as important as physical recovery — and our therapists are experienced in working with trauma, pain, anxiety, and life disruption caused by accidents. Direct billing available.
CFSEU Counselling (EAP Program)
If you're referred through the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit or other law enforcement-linked mental health programs, we offer confidential counselling with culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care.
WorkSafeBC Counselling
We support individuals who are navigating mental health recovery following workplace injury or trauma. Our WorkSafeBC-approved clinicians provide compassionate, steady support as you heal and rebuild.
CVAP
The Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) provides a range of benefits to assist victims, immediate family members of victims and certain witnesses in coping with the effects of violent crime that occurs in British Columbia, where same or similar benefits are not available from another source.
We Accept Extended Health Insurance
Our services are covered by most extended health plans under Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). We’ll provide receipts for easy reimbursement and can assist you with the process if needed.
